Welcome to Morocco!

Upon arrival you will be met by VIP services who will assist you through customs & with your luggage.

Our private driver will be waiting to whisk you off to our beautiful boutique Hotel, amongst the boulevards of downtown Casablanca!

Settle in and spend time relaxing in the stunning grounds of our hotel. Enjoy some downtime at the pool, or perhaps a visit to the spa, before we meet up for a delicious welcome dinner, and let the excitement of our upcoming adventure sink in.

Cheers to that!

DAY 2: TANGIER

An exciting day awaits, starting with a sumptuous breakfast in our beautiful hotel!

We’ll take in the sights of Casablanca re-living the French-colonial days amongst the wide boulevards & traditional Moorish design of this white city. The majestic Hassan II Mosque is a sight to behold - from the towering minaret to the awe-inspiring tiled mosaics. It's hard to believe the scale and majesty, as we wander around the forecourt, amongst the arches and beautiful zellig tiles, before entering the mosque for an incredibly special private tour.

(There's no requirement to cover up for entry into the mosque, although we always encourage respectful attire).

We have a really beautiful spot lined up for our first lunch together, before we board the first-class carriage for our fabulous high speed train journey north to Tangier on the iconic TGV - a fascinating journey offering a unique way to visually experience the diverse countryside, villages, and towns of Morocco

(Approximate travel time: 2.5hrs)

Our wonderful driver will be waiting for us as we pull into Tangier station, ready to take us to our beautiful boutique hotel, where we will settle in and enjoy a relaxing afternoon!

DAY 3: TANGIER

Let the exploring begin, as we take in the sights of Tangier, wandering through the old Medina and souks, historical sites, & the ancient Kasbah.

Tangier has always been a haven for creatives - bohemian writers, artists and musicians - who were lured here in the heady days of the 60's & 70's... and it's easy to see why as we retrace their steps and savour the vibe of this magical city.

The white walls and alleyways reveal cafés, little boutiques and quaint neighbourhoods. Our home-away-from-home is perfectly set amongst it all, with a fabulous terrace to take in the sunset! And maybe a sundowner or two before dinner in one of Tangier's most special spots!

DAY 4: TANGIER

Today we'll follow the coastline south along a picturesque drive from Tangier, to explore the gorgeous white walled medina of Asilah, an artistic enclave overlooking the blue waters of the Atlantic.

The medina is enclosed within 15th century Portuguese built walls (famous for its murals). There are lots of little boutiques and artisan shops dotted through the aged alleyways of this rustic seaport.

We have a favourite spot today for a sumptuous seafood lunch from the freshest catch of the day!

On our leisurely drive back to Tangier we'll take in more of the iconic coastline and picturesque local spots before arriving back to enjoy another sunset as the day draws to an end.

DAY 5: MARRAKECH

Heading south today, our destination is the vibrant and enchanting "red city" Marrakech, an intoxicating melting pot of culture, tradition and cosmopolitan lifestyle. We'll get a taste for the colours & aromas amongst the blush walls this afternoon before settling into our intimate oasis at the divine Riad Nashira....our beautiful home while in Marrakech ...

We'll be welcomed into our enchanting riad, a serene haven tucked within the medina's winding lanes. With its whitewashed walls, peaceful inner courtyards & pools, and a dreamy rooftop terrace overlooking the city, it’s the perfect place to unwind and soak in the magic of our surroundings.

Once we arrive, we won't want to leave, so join us for drinks on the terrace.

Sleep well... tomorrow we'll dive into the sensory overload that is Marrakech.

(Today's approximate drive time: 6hrs)

DAY 6: MARRAKECH

This morning, we'll head to the iconic Majorelle Gardens - a heavenly paradise awash with signature blue walls that's seriously out of this world! A visit to the beautifully curated Berber Museum, within the gardens, really brings the beauty and culture of Morocco's indigenous population to life. There's also a tiny bookstore, and stunning YSL boutique here for anyone wanting a special souvenir or two!

Adjoining the gardens is the incredible Musee YSL, showcasing original YSL designs and artwork amongst the contemporary architecture designed by Studio KO, inspired by the aesthetics of Yves St. Laurent.

In the same street is a collection of fabulous concept stores, offering an array of Moroccan inspired clothes and homewares with an edgy European chic. And perhaps time for a coffee or gelato at the gorgeous corner cafe?

We'll regain our strength over a delicious lunch, and prepare for an afternoon where you can choose your own adventure; head back to the riad for an afternoon of sublime serenity, or be lured back into the souks to hunt for more treasures.

And tonight, we'll head to one of our favourite spots for a delicious dinner.

DAY 7: MARRAKECH

Ready for a shopping trip like no other?! Today we'll head into Morocco's famed souks, explore the incredibly vibrant medina, and meet talented artisans crafting their treasures. Prepare yourself for an explosion of colour at every turn, as we immerse ourselves in the enchanting kaleidoscope of Marrakech. And as the mouth-watering aromas of local delicacies waft through the air we'll retreat to a shaded terrace to enjoy a delicious lunch.

In the afternoon, there's plenty of time for more shopping, or head back to the riad for some down time.

No visit to Marrakech is complete without a wander through the ever-changing Jmaa el Fnaa, Marrakech's iconic outdoor square that transforms into a vibrant marketplace by night, complete with the aromas of freshly cooked delicacies through to the visual delights and theatre of its snake charmers, henna artists and story tellers.

Later, we'll round off our inspiring day with a sumptuous dinner in the beautiful, tiled courtyard of one of our favourite local spots.

DAY 8: MARRAKECH

After a leisurely breakfast, you can opt to spend the day relaxing at our riad, or for those who want to hit the souks for some exciting last-minute shopping our private driver & guide will be on hand.

At the end of the day, we'll cheers the day goodbye at a stunning location and dine in style.

DAY 9: ESSAOUIRA

After a nourishing breakfast it's then time to bid farewell to our beautiful Marrakech home. Incredible adventures await! The Atlantic coast is calling once again.... this time drawing us to the beautiful seaside town of Essaouira, with a luxurious lunch stop along the way.

Our home for the next three nights is Le Palazzo, a seaside gem, steeped in history but with a contemporary feel. Beautifully located with a fabulous rooftop terrace. As the sun sets over this stunning coastal spot, we'll cheers to another great day, before we tuck into some local delicacies.

(Today's approximate drive time: 3hrs)

DAY 10: ESSAOUIRA

The perfect start to the day is a scrumptious breakfast in our beautiful hotel. Life here in Essaouira is very relaxed, and they take time to slowly wake up (That's the way they roll here on the coast).

We'll hit the cobbled laneways of the old medina, that are charming, relaxed and easy to navigate. There'll be lots of time to wander, explore and shop the many gorgeous boutiques, concept stores and traditional merchant shops. Essaouira is famous for silver jewellery, art and beautiful wood products from the local Thwuya trees, but you'll find lots of European inspired homewares and clothing dotted through the old city.

There's also a vibrant local music scene, and lots of terraces to sit and watch the world go by .... definitely a must to catch the sunset!

Life here in Essaouira is very relaxed, so we'll enjoy a lovely slow start to the day.

For those keen to keep exploring, there'll be more fun and treasure hunting on the cards today as we duck and weave through the tiny shops, meeting artisans and sourcing one-of-a-kind wares.

For those wanting something different, perhaps a morning stroll along the beach with coffee in hand, horse-riding along the beach, or simply soaking up the serenity at our divine hotel

A beautiful afternoon of leisure .... perhaps lounging on the terrace with music and mint tea, or a dive back into the souks for one last find.

DAY 12: AGAFAY DESERT - The ultimate glamping stay

We'll enjoy a relaxed last morning in our private oasis before setting off for our magical desert experience.

Other Notes

  • A basic level of fitness is required for all of our tours. It's very common for riads and restaurants to have 2-3 sets of stairs between the ground floor and rooms/terraces.

  • On the days that we're on foot in the medinas we recommend flat comfortable footwear, as the grounds are often cobblestoned, and sometimes a little uneven.

  • Our passion for boutique accommodation means we choose to stay in places that reflect the traditional architecture & essence of our location. In most cases this usually means that no two rooms are the same (i.e.. some rooms are bigger/some smaller, some with terraces/some without etc.). We thank you for your understanding when rooms are allocated on tour.

  • As we use boutique riads & villas that have limited number of rooms, we may need to accommodate some of our guests in alternate accommodation, which will be nearby and of a similar standard.

  • There may be slight changes in the programme or it's sequence, however any changes or substitutions will be in line with the above and will only be done so to enhance and enrich our experience.

If you have any concerns, please let us know so that we can chat to you about it.
